Dr. Nicole Nemeth
Dr. Nemeth is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Biology / Neuroscience. She then received her doctor of medicine degree from the University of South Florida where she was awarded the Joseph Collin’s Foundation scholarship for academic excellence. Dr. Nemeth trained at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston during which time she studied facial aesthetic surgery with Dr. James Stuzin in Miami. Dr. Nemeth has also completed the prestigious Reconstructive Microsurgery Fellowship at the number one-ranked M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Since moving to New York City in 2008, she has held a clinical faculty position at Jacobi Medical Center and teaches plastic surgery residents in the Albert Einstein / Montefiore Medical Center program.
Dr. Nemeth has extensive experience in the most difficult cancer reconstruction cases and has a special interest in restoring a natural appearance to the breast for those patients who must undergo breast surgery for cancer. This includes lumpectomy and mastectomy reconstruction as well as surgery on the unaffected breast to achieve symmetry. She specializes in all aspects of breast surgery, including breast augmentation and mastopexy / breast lifts, implant and autologous breast reconstruction, breast reductions, and revision surgeries. Her cosmetic practice also includes body contouring, facial rejuvenation procedures, and fillers and injectables.
Dr. Nemeth is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
